2. Scope of Offerings

Our Internal Audit Services include process reviews, compliance assessments, and control evaluations tailored to your organizational needs.

2.2 Organizational Risk Assurance

Our Organizational Risk Assurance solutions identify operational exposures and recommend risk management enhancements.

3. Info Products

We offer digital resources such as white papers, training modules, and guidelines designed to enhance understanding of audit practices and risk frameworks.

4. Goods

Occasionally, we provide branded materials or documentation kits for use in audit and risk assurance activities.

5. Fee Policy and Reimbursement

This section outlines the conditions under which services, info products, and goods may qualify for reimbursement.

5.1 Services

Professional consulting and custom audit engagements are typically non-reimbursable due to the tailored nature of deliverables and allocation of expert resources. In exceptional circumstances, partial reimbursement may be considered at our discretion, proportional to work not performed.

5.2 Info Products

You may request reimbursement within 14 days of the initial delivery date of digital resources. To qualify, you must not have consumed more than 20% of the content. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items are eligible for reimbursement within 30 days of shipment. To initiate, please notify us of any defects or discrepancies. Once items are received and inspected, approved reimbursements will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment channel.

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Service appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. We will accommodate a one-time change without additional fee. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee or partial forfeiture of the service fee.
